We have been married for over 7 years. We were high school sweethearts and our love grew from there. We always knew we wanted a family and were thrilled when we found out we were expecting the first time. Cohen joined our family and our life has never been the same!! Kendall joined us a little while later and we were amazed at how different girls can be from boys :) We have now added another little character to our zoo. We are so thankful for God's blessings and can't wait to see where He takes us.

Thirty-One :)

I just started selling Thirty-one and I LOVE IT!! I have loved their products and so after a little coaxing from a friend I decided to become a consultant. It allows me to do something "girly" and "get a hobby" Keith likes to say. Plus it helps our family with a little extra income :)

So if you ever want to party with me and have fun earning Thirty-One products let me know

Camping

This summer we had the privilege of camping at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds. This campground is really near and dear to my heart. I grew up camping there and made so many memories with both family and friends there. In college I spent 3 summers working there and now I got to take my family there to camp! Life coming full circle :) My parents were there the week before so on Saturday after Kirsten's birthday breakfast with Keith's family we packed up and moved into the trailer my parents left for us.

 Our home away from home

Saturday and Sunday were beautiful!! We spent both days at the beach!!

Sunday we also celebrated Kirsten's birthday with my side of the family. My parents had gone home Saturday but came back out Sunday with lunch.

Happy Birthday Kirsten!!!!

This is pretty good cake!!

I am done trying to eat it nicely!!

My favorite picture

Monday Keith went into work. Which was fine because it rained most of the morning and into the early afternoon. I was amazed at how well all 3 kids did in the trailer together. We played games, colored pictures, had some lunch and watched a couple movies. My aunt was also camping so when I put the girls down for a nap she was kind enough to take Cohen up to the gym to play dodge ball. That's another reason I love the CRCG - they have activities thru out the day for the kids!

Tuesday was quite cool and the lake water got super cold. So we spent a little time down at the beach but mostly at the pool, play ground, bike rides, Bible school etc.

All in all we had a lot of fun and I was soooo glad we did it!! Now we know for next year that we can do it and the kids really had a lot of fun!!!
